We are expanding!!!

Introducing Barn Again Meats...

To meet our ever increasing requests for Grass-fed beef as well as requests for pork and other meats we have decided to add to our menu.
Sticking with our mission at Barn Again Beef -to offer a top quality product, customer satisfaction and well cared for animals we are looking to complement our hormone-free lightly grain fed Black Angus beef.  We have partnered with a group of farmers in IL and MO to provide you with the option to purchase grass-fed bison, heritage pork, free-range chickens and wild caught seafood and grass-fed beef.
We want to thank you our customers for putting your trust in us and making our beef business a success.  We appreciate your feedback and are thankful and enjoy our cattle business and feel it is the right time to expand our menu.
We have tried raising a little grass-fed beef a few years back, but without proper pasture and fresh forage to finish grass-fed beef and local beef lockers not able to wet age beef, we were not satisfied with the quality and taste.  Having partnered with a group that has access to more quality pasture, fresh and nutritious forage to finish grass-fed beef and access to the wet aging process, we feel if you are interested in grass-fed beef you will not be disappointed.  These factors along with proper genetics and animal care really make the difference.  This beef, like our own farm raised beef is hormone free.  There is a growing demand for healthy grass-fed beef so we wanted to be able to offer this as an option to our top quality hormone- free lightly grain fed beef.
We have had some customers that have tried the beef and were very satisfied.  We will be working on updating our website with products and prices, but until then feel free to give us a call if you have an interest in purchasing top quality grass-fed beef, grass-fed bison, heritage pork, free range chicken or wild caught seafood.  We have some inventory in our freezers of some of the more popular cuts- if we do not have in our freezers, orders usually take just a day or two to arrive.
We also have a good supply of our own steaks, roasts and burger in the freezer and will be have beef ready to go to the locker starting sometime in April for ¼’s ½’s and whole beef.  We should have a good supply of beef through the summer months into early fall.  If you will be needing beef we can put you on the list.
Thanks Again for your loyalty and business.
